Area of Focus
My research areas are computational biology and bioinformatics, specializing in ecoinformatics and scientiļ¬c visualization. I got a strong interest in developing software applications for network visualization. In my PhD project, I focus on ecological networks and especially, on food web structure and dynamics. I draw motivation and inspiration predominantly from topics related to environmental and biomedical issues.
